Delete your account

Applies to Nakhre · com.nakhre.app

You do not need our permission and you do not have to give a reason. The fastest route takes under a minute and does not involve us at all.

From the app

The fast way

1. Open Nakhre and go to Settings The last tab in the bottom bar.
2. Tap Delete account It is at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tick the box, type DELETE, then confirm This cannot be undone, so it takes a deliberate step rather than one tap. Confirming signs you out immediately and erases the account.

By email

If you have lost access to the app

Uninstalled it, changed phones, or can't receive the login code? Email info@mediarun.co.in with the subject Delete my Nakhre account and include the phone number you registered with.

We verify that the request really comes from the account holder before we delete anything — usually by sending a code to that number. This is a protection for you: without it, anyone who knew your number could erase your account.

We complete verified requests within 7 days, and confirm by email when it is done.

Consequences

What gets deleted

Immediately and permanently:

• Your profile — name, age, gender, language.
• Every conversation you have had, with every character.
• Your wallet balance and your charge history.
• Your login. The phone number no longer signs in to anything.

What we keep

A one-way SHA-256 hash of your phone number is kept permanently, together with a masked form of it (+919***8989) for support lookups. It cannot be reversed into your number and it is not linked to your name, your chats or anything else — those are gone.

It exists only to record that this number has already received the 250 welcome Love Coins once. Without it, deleting and re-registering would be an endless supply of free Love Coins and we could not offer them at all. You are still free to sign up again with the same number; you simply won't receive a second welcome credit.

Anything you reported stays too. If you flagged something a character said, that report — the reply, your reason and your account id — outlives your account, because a complaint about what we got wrong should not vanish with the person who made it.

We may also retain transaction records where Indian tax or accounting law requires it. Those records are financial, not conversational.

Alternatives

Things short of deleting

If deleting is more than you need:

• Just stop. We do not charge for having an account — only for minutes you actually spend talking. An idle account costs you nothing.

There is no way to delete a single conversation on its own — deleting your account is all-or-nothing, and it takes every chat with it.
