Your purchases
Nakhre has no subscriptions. Nothing renews, and nothing will ever charge you again on its own. You buy credit once, it sits in your wallet until you spend it, and that is the end of the arrangement. There is no plan running in the background, no monthly charge, and no standing instruction on your card or UPI. If you are here looking for a cancel button, there is genuinely nothing to cancel — and if you have been charged when you did not expect it, that is something we want to hear about today.
Where everything is
Open Nakhre and go to Settings → Wallet. You will find your balance, and under it every rupee that has ever moved: each recharge, each minute charged and which character it was with, your signup credit, and any refund.
That list is the same record we look at. Most "why was I charged?" questions are answered by reading it — a minute is charged when it starts, so ninety seconds of conversation is two minutes, and reading or scrolling costs nothing at all.
Money back
Unspent credit is refundable in full. Credit you have already spent bought you a conversation and you had it, so that part is not.
Where you paid decides who to ask.
Google is the seller and Google decides. Ask them from the Play Store app, or at Google's refund page. When a refund goes through, the matching credit comes out of your wallet automatically and shows in your statement as Recharge refunded.
Write to info@mediarun.co.in and say roughly when you recharged. We reply within 2 working days and approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7 working days.
The full rule, with a worked example, is on the refund policy page.
Leaving
You can do it yourself from inside the app, or ask us to. Neither route requires you to explain yourself. It is a separate thing from a refund — ask for the money back before you delete, because the account is what we look up to find the payment.
