Terms of service
Effective 21 September 2026 · Applies to the Nakhre Android app (com.nakhre.app) and this website
Nakhre is operated by Mediarun Digital Private Limited, F-14 Friends Colony, Delhi, India. Below, "we" means that company and "you" means the person using the app. Using Nakhre means you accept these terms; if you do not, do not use it.
This page and the refund policy and the privacy policy are one agreement. Read them together.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to register. Nakhre contains adult conversational content and is not built, moderated or intended for anyone below that age. We ask your age at registration and take the answer at its word; giving a false one is a breach of these terms and we close accounts over it.
One account per person. You are responsible for the phone number you sign in with and for anything done from your account.
By registering, you agree that we may text you at that number. That covers your sign-in codes, messages about your account, a payment or a refund, and occasional messages about Nakhre itself — free Love Coins, an offer, or a character we have added. We send these by SMS because most people leave app notifications switched off, so it is often the only way to reach you about something you would want to know. Your operator's normal message rates apply. You can stop the promotional ones whenever you like by writing to info@mediarun.co.in — the ones you need in order to use the account, like a sign-in code or a payment notice, keep coming either way.
What you are talking to
There is no person on the other end. Every character in Nakhre is generated by a language model. Nobody is reading your messages and replying by hand, and no character is based on a real, identifiable person. She is written by us and voiced by a model.
Because of that, three things follow, and they are not disclaimers we hope you skip:
Money
Nakhre sells prepaid wallet credit called Love Coins. Love Coins are not currency, cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and have no value outside the app. They do not expire while your account is open. Where this policy says “credit” below, it means Love Coins.
Every Love Coin in and out is recorded in the app under Settings → Wallet, and that ledger is the authoritative record of your balance. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.
The 250 Love Coin welcome bonus is granted once per phone number, for all time — not once per account. Deleting an account and registering again with the same number will not grant it a second time.
Using it
Most of this is obvious. It is listed because "obvious" is not a term.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where the reason is not a safety matter we will tell you which term was broken. Unspent credit on an account closed for abuse is forfeited; in every other case the refund policy applies.
The boring but necessary part
We do not promise the app is always up. It depends on third-party model providers, Google's infrastructure and your network. We will not charge you for time you could not use — billing is reconciled from actual sent messages, so an outage costs you nothing.
Our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the three months before a claim, except where Indian law does not permit that limit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the strength of something a character said.
We can change these terms. A material change will be notified in the app before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page always says when the current version began. Continuing to use Nakhre after that is acceptance; if you would rather not, delete your account and ask for any unspent credit back.
You can leave at any time. Account deletion is one screen in the app and needs no explanation — see how deletion works for exactly what is erased and what survives.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
